Accordingly, the present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between perceived social support and academic resilience with test anxiety. The method of the present study is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all- female high school students in Kashan in the academic year 1399-1400. Three hundred and sixteen students were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. To collect data, the Multidimensional Social Support Scale of Zimet et al. (1988), the Martin Academic Equality Questionnaire (2003), and the Spielberger Test Anxiety Scale (1980) were used. Pearson correlation test and regression analysis with SPSS software were used to analyze the data. The results of data analysis showed that test anxiety had a significant relationship with social support (r = -0 <23, p <0.01) and academic resilience (r = -0.63, p <0.01). The results of regression analysis showed that predictor variables (social support and academic resilience) were able to predict 0.397 of the variance of the criterion variable (test anxiety). Therefore, it can be said that social support and academic resilience act as predictor variables for test anxiety, with increasing resilience in academic situations and social support, the level of test anxiety in students decreases. The findings of the present study have practical implications for educational psychologists and school counselors to perform educational-counseling interventions to control students' test anxiety}, keywords = {Test Anxiety,Perceived Social Support,Academic Resilience}, title_fa = {رابطۀ حمایت اجتماعی ادراک ‌شده و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی با اضطراب امتحان دانش‌آموزان}, abstract_fa = {اضطراب امتحان یکی از مشکلات شایع  آموزشی با رشد فزاینده در بین دانش‌آموزان است و از این‌رو شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر آن حائز اهمیت است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی با اضطراب امتحان انجام گرفت. روش مطالعه توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل همه دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره متوسطۀ دوم شهرستان کاشان در سال تحصیلی 1399-1400 بود و 316 دانش‌آموز با نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند‌مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، از مقیاس چندبعدی حمایت اجتماعی زیمت و همکاران (1988)، پرسش‌نامۀ‌ تاب‌آوری تحصیلی مارتین (2003) و پرسش‌نامۀ اضطراب امتحان اسپیلبرگر (1980) استفاده شد. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون با نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که اضطراب امتحان با حمایت اجتماعی (01/0 ,p<23/۰- r=) و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی (01/0 ,p<63/0- r=) رابطۀ معنادار دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیرهای پیش‌بین (حمایت اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی) توانسته‌اند 397/0 از واریانس متغیر ملاک (اضطراب امتحان) را پیش‌بینی کنند. بنابراین می‌توان گفت حمایت اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی به عنوان متغیر پیش‌بین برای اضطراب امتحان عمل می‌کنند و با افزایش تاب‌آوری در موقعیت‌های تحصیلی و حمایت اجتماعی، میزان اضطراب امتحان در دانش‌آموزان کاهش می‎یابد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر برای روان‌شناسان تربیتی و مشاوران مدرسه جهت انجام مداخله‌های آموزشی- مشاوره‌ای با هدف کنترل اضطراب امتحان دانش‌آموزان کاربرد می‌یابد.}, keywords_fa = {اضطراب امتحان,حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده,تاب‌آوری تحصیلی}, url = {https://etl.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_9341.html}, eprint = {https://etl.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_9341_c81c628dbef773242acb6f8bc10324ac.pdf} }
