The purpose of this study is offering a blended learning model of Persian language to foreigners. This research was conducted in terms of applied purpose, in terms of analytical nature and in a documentary way. First, by using library and documentary studies, a systematic review and detailed analysis of existing models of blended learning regarding teaching-learning activities, characteristics of learners, teachers, content, educational media and evaluation was performed. In this level, the statistical population included all the different models of blended learning in the scientific databases of Science Direct, Scopus, Springer, the Emerald and Google Scholar databases, the Internet platform of the French network called (TV5) and the language teaching content of the BBC site. Data collection tools also included receipts, tables and cards. Then, the proposed model of blended learning of Persian language teaching to foreigners was developed and the validity of the model was examined using the opinions of experts in the two fields of linguistics and distance education. The statistical population in the second level included all experts in the fields of linguistics and distance education, among them 15 distance education specialists and 15 linguistics specialists were purposefully selected and commented on the validity of the proposed model. The research tool also included a researcher-made questionnaire with ten items and a four-point Likert scale (very high, high, low, very low) whose validity was confirmed by education and linguistics experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was also 0.89 using Cronbach's alpha method. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods (one-sample t-test) were used to validate the model. The results obtained from the one-sample t-test that was used to examine the internal validity of the Persian language blended learning model for foreigners, indicate that the proposed model is based on blended learning from the perspective of specialists in both distance education and linguistics. It also pays attention to the motivation of learning in language learners, also emphasizes the interactions of teacher, learner and content and is in accordance with the psychological principles of language learning. In addition, it has sufficiently blended various teaching-learning activities (face-to-face and electronic). It also pays enough attention to the characteristics of the teacher, content, media and evaluation, therefore the proposed model has sufficient validity for teaching Persian to foreigners. The purpose of this study is offering a blended learning model for Persian language to foreigners. First, the existing models of bleanded learning were studied and teaching-learning activities in blended learning language were studied, then the characteristics of learners, teachers, content, educational media and evaluation were considered. Then the challenges of bleande learning education were introduced and finally the proposed model of bleanded learning Persian language was introduced to foreigners and the validity of the model was confirmed by using the opinions of experts in the fields of linguistics and distance education.

The aim of this study is to investigate the priorities of lifelong learning in the context of current era Literacies (informational, research, educational, media, Computer, environmental, health, emotional, cultural, and financial). This research is descriptive and analytical in terms of its purpose, and was implemented in a mixed way (interview and scrolling). The statistical population included all faculty members of Payam-e-Noor University and e-learning students of this university in the academic year of 96-97. 372 students and 86 faculty members were selected by stratified random sampling. In the first step, after studying the literature and background and conducting a semi-structured interview with the experts of the educational system, the literacies of the current era were extracted, and then in the second step, two special checklists for the Faculty members and students were distributed. The results of Friedman's test showed that both faculty members and students have selected information literacy as their first priority, then health literacy was ranked second, students selected emotional literacy as the third grade, while Faculty members' financial literacy was ranked third. Both faculty members and students chose media literacy as the fourth grade. Also, the results of independent t-test for comparing the study subjects showed that from the view point of faculty members the financial, computer, research and educational Literacies are significantly more important while from students' viewpoint environmental, and emotional Literacies are significantly more important. Also for other Literacies, we did not find any difference. In the end, a conceptual model was proposed to prioritize the literacies from the viewpoint of students and faculty members.

The purpose of this research is to study the epistemology of existentialism school and its educational implications in the distance education system (virtual). This research uses a descriptive-analytical method to collect library information, including identifying, studying, classifying information, analyzing them and aggregating information about knowledge in the existentialism, and then introducing its educational implications in virtual education. The results of this study showed that though knowledge of existentialism does not contain one-handed thoughts, this school has implications to gain knowledge in distance education system (virtual). such a way, with the emphasis on serving human beings, it seeks to grow and expand one's consciousness and independence. Also, in educational methods, it emphasizes flexible methods in curriculum design, and also this school considers teachers as a guide and learner as an active person in virtual education and, accordingly, in evaluation of acquisition Knowledge has a qualitative approach. Therefore, it is suggested that distance education practitioners, using the considerations mentioned in this school, plan in order to create more flexibility in acquiring knowledge in virtual education.

Educational justice has constantly been the focus of teaching and training experts. Growth of new philosophical and educational theories has provided the possibility of its realization. Thus; the aim of this article is to investigate the position of educational justice in evolution of teaching and training system based on constructivism. In this study, the researcher has used descriptive-analytical method to investigate educational justice in positivism paradigm of modern world and constructivism paradigm of post-modern world. Results of this study showed that although educational justice in modern society has been realized by utilization of positivism paradigm through universal and generalizable rules and availability of education for all mankind, its deficiency has caused that in postmodern society, utilization of construction paradigm and using the lodgments of criticism theory and giving a special attention to mankind originality and its individual differences as a newborn paradigm in teaching and training, societal pressures and injustices originate from inattention to individual differences decrease. Thus, it seems that evolution of teaching and training system based constructivism, has made educational justice to be realized more than before.
