چکیده [English]

The aim of the research is to construct and norm the questionnaire on teacher courage and courage in teaching. Initially, using theoretical foundations and previous research, a questionnaire with 30 items and 9 components with a five-point Likert scale was designed. The research method was correlational and its statistical population was all secondary school teachers in Darab city. Using the census sampling method, after distributing and collecting the questionnaires, 278 questionnaires were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. In exploratory factor analysis, the nine components of resilience against organizational pressure and discrimination, adherence to moral values, empathy with students, overcoming fear, resilience, responsibility, explicit expression of opinions, creativity and innovation, and lifelong learning explained a total of 790.69 percent of the total variance of teacher courage and courage in teaching. The results of confirmatory factor analysis also showed that 24 items and 9 components of the questionnaire were accepted. As a result, the scale of the teacher courage and courage in teaching questionnaire has desirable content and construct validity.
