These factors named in according with the theoretical foundations of the research and the content of the questions on the factors under the heading of teaching methods, create behavioral learning, Achieving the goal of teaching, Create cognitive learning, the acquisition of practical skills and the use of information technology. The reliability of the questionnaire estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Based on the results, the alpha coefficients of the 6 factors are satisfactory (Excluding the factor of acquiring practical skills factor of 0.555). The smallest alpha coefficient belongs to the factor of acquiring practical skills is equal to 0.555 with 3 questions and the largest alpha coefficient belongs to the teaching methods is 0.778 with 5 questions. The overall reliability of the questionnaire was 0.91, which is significant.
