The aim of this research was to develop design framework of educational game for types of cognitive domain subjects in micro level and evaluation of its effectiveness in concepts learning. To achieve this goal mixed method research was used. To obtain the framework and its evaluation, in the qualitative method inductive analysis and in the quantitative, survey method was used. Also for extrinsic evaluation of the framework in facts learning, experimental research with control group have been used. From qualitative analysis about computer games elements, 32 game mechanics extracted. To intrinsic evaluation of proposed framework, this framework with its explaining appendix have been send for 25 instructional and digital game specialists. The results of evaluation showed that the proposed framework for cognitive domain subjects have appropriate authenticity. Also to extrinsic or effectiveness evaluation, proposed framework experimented on 38 students in control and experimental groups with pre and posttests. Results of covariance analysis showed that there is significant difference between the game has been designed on the basis of the proposed framework and existing game.

The aim of current study was to investigate the effect of the jigsaw classroom on satisfaction of students' basic psychological needs (Autonomy, Competence and relatedness). Research method was quasi experimental with pre and post test and control group. To achieve our aim, first, the female students in two junior high school classes (n=51) were selected by using available samples. Then, one of classes (with 26 students), were selected randomly as experimental group and were taught chemistry in Jig Saw method. And for the other group (25 student), lecture method was used. Basic psychological needs questionnaire was used for the groups before and after intervention. Analysis of the data involved both descriptive and inferential statistics including means, standard deviations and co-variance analyses. The findings indicated that, jig saw method has positive effect on need for autonomy, relatedness and competence. In general research finding supported self-determination theory and indicated that autonomy supportive environments such as jig saw instructional method has positive effect on basic psychological needs satisfaction.

The goal of this research was to study the social-cognitive anticipants of adjustment with university in first year students. The research method was descriptive and correlation (casual modeling). The statistical society included all of first year students in Urmia University in academic year 92-93. By using cluster sampling, 330 persons (187 female and 143 male) were selected and answered the questionnaires: Environmental supports, self-efficacy expectations, outcome expectations, goal progress and adjustment with university. Consequently data was analyzed based on structural equation modeling. The results indicated that the analyzed data fitted the theoretical social cognitive model and the model proved to be valid in this regard. The investigation of the results showed that all the casual ways towards the adjustment with universities are positive and meaningful. Among the examined varieties in the model, the source variety and the Environmental supports are capable to predicting and adjusting Student with university better and stronger than other varieties and also can be used for enhancing the mental health level and wellbeing of Student.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of resilience training on reducing students’ burnout. The method used in this study is pretest-posttest control group design. The population of the study consisted of all first grade high school students of Hamedan in the academic year 93-94. From this population, a sample of 40 students were selected (40 student with academic burnout selected) using multistage random cluster sampling, and were assigned to two groups of experimental and control. (Randomly assigned to experimental and control group). (Resilience training during 10 sessions of 60 minutes was conducted to the experimental group) The instrument used in the study was the academic burnout questionnaire. The results of the study revealed that Resilience training method is effective in reducing students’ academic burnout. The results also showed that resilience training is effective in reducing emotional exhaustion, academic cynicism, and academic inefficacy. Another finding of the present study was that among the components of academic burnout, resilience training had the greatest impact in reducing the emotional exhaustion subscale. It can be said that resilience training can modulate stress levels and disability in stressful situations and increases life satisfaction, self-efficacy, optimism and hope in students, which in turn reduces academic burnout.

This research aimed to study the role of social support on academic compatibility of students by mediating effect of the school's satisfaction, hope and self-efficacy of students. The method was descriptive – Correlation and the population of the research was all of the secondary school students in district 1. Statistical sample was 380 students those selected by Morgan Table with convenience sampling. Three questionnaires were used in this research for data gathering including Vaux, Phillips, Holley, Thompson, Williams & Stewart's Social Support (1989), Baker & Siryk's Adjustment (1984), Gilman, Huebner & Laughlin's Satisfaction (2000) and hope scale of Snyder and et al. (1991). To analyze the data and to study the relationship between variables, we used Pearson correlation analysis and structural equation model (Lisrel). The main findings showed that the correlation between the social support and hope (r=0.38), social support and efficacy (r=0.37), social support and satisfaction (r=0.16), social support and academic compatibility (r=0.18), efficacy and compatibility (r=0.23), hope and compatibility (r=0.19) and satisfaction and compatibility (r=0.27) were positive, straight and significant. Analyzing the structural model showed that social support have indirect and positive effect on academic compatibility by mediating hope with 0.13. There was indirect effect of social support on academic compatibility by mediating self-efficacy with 0.11 and indirect effect of social support on academic compatibility by mediating satisfaction of school with 0.12. The analysis of the correlations between exogenous and endogenous variables showed that any increasing in social support resulted in increasing hope, self-efficacy and school satisfaction, also, increasing in the hope, self-efficacy and school satisfaction resulted in academic compatibility. Finally the results of research showed that the structural model was confirmed and school's satisfaction, hope and self-efficacy of students were mediating relationships between social support and academic compatibility of students in schools. Finally practical suggestions were presented by following the research results.

This study compared emotion regulation in children with learning disorders and normal in ages 9 to 11. The design of this study was descriptive-post facto one. The sample consists of 30 children with learning disorders and 30 normal children which were selected in available from Tehran city. The two instruments, Emotion Regulation Checklist (ERC) and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) were performed. ERQ was filled out by children. ERC was filled out by their parents. Data analysis showed that comparing normal children and LD children showed higher liability/negativity and lower score in using of emotion regulation of reappraisal. The findings of main and interaction effects of demographics were also examined in detail at the following article. Accordingly, we suggest that emotional problems in this group should be more considered by professionals and teachers, and related programs should be designed in order to improvement of the problems of these children.

This study examined the effectiveness of cognitive training of hope enhancing and academic motivation of PNU students who were studying in year 94-93 in Bukan town. For this purpose, by multi-stage random sampling questionnaires and through the implementation of optimism Scheier & carver and object-Pierre Hermans achievement motivation, 40 students for each variable according to lowest score were selected and through random assignment were divided to two experimental and control groups with 20 students. Then the two groups (students with low achievement motivation and low scale of optimism) were trained cognitive training of hope enhancing by two trained therapists in eight 60-minute sessions, while the control group didn’t expose to any intervention, then all of the experimental group and the control subjects were assessed. Data using by descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (ANCOVA) were analyzed. The results of analysis of covariance and the level of 0.05>p for affiliates to determine the effectiveness of cognitive training of hope enhancing showed that it has been assigned as an effective intervention to increase optimism and motivation of the students.
