در این بخش تعهدات و مسئولیت های اخلاقی که در این نشریه متوجه نویسندگان می باشد ارائه شده است:
نکات مهم در تنظیم بخشهای مختلف مقاله
عنوان مقاله باید مختصر و متناسب با محتوای مقاله تنظیم گردد.(فونت فارسی (B Zar) تیتر 14 )
چکیده فارسی و انگلیسی مقاله حداکثر در 250 واژه تدوین و باید در قالب فشرده گویایی از مقاله که به صورت ساختاریافته و در بخش های هدف، روش (نمونه و ابزار)، یافته ها و نتیجه گیری تنظیم شده باشد.
کلید واژه ها:
واژه های مهم فارسی مقاله در ابتدای مقاله و پس از چکیده، حداقل در 3 کلمه و حداکثر در 5 کلمه به ترتیب اهمیت آورده شوند. معادل انگلیسی آنها نیز در زیر چکیده انگلیسی مقاله به همان ترتیب ذکر گردند.
تصویرها، جدولها و نقشهها باید در متن مقاله و در نزدیکترین فاصله تا اولین محل ارجاع قرار گیرد.
نویسندگان باید هرگونه تعارض احتمالی منافع مثل دریافت وجه درقبال مقاله، یا به دست آوردن موجودی یا سهم در یک سازمان را که ممکن است از طریق انتشار مقاله بدست بیاید و یا از دست برود به صورت مشخص بیان کند. چنانچه تعارض منافع وجود نداشته باشد جمله زیر باید به انتهای مقاله، اضافه شود."هیچ گونه تعارض منافع توسط نویسندگان بیان نشده است."
در این بخش تمام افرادی که به نحوی در انجام مطالعه نقش داشته ولی جزو نویسندگان مقاله نبوده اند مورد تقدیر قرار می گیرند. افرادی که درنوشتن مقاله، روشها و حمایت های کلی نقش داشته اند در این قسمت از آنها تشکر و قدردانی میشوند. همچنین ذکر نام سازمان (های) حمایت کننده یا تأمین کننده مالی پژوهش در این بخش ضروری است.
تمام منابعی که در نگارش مقاله مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است باید در انتهای مقاله به زبان انگلیسی و با فرمت APA تنظیم شود. در تنظیم منابع به نکات زیر توجه نمایید:
الف) استنادهای درون متنی، همگی به صورت فارسی و با زیرنویس انگلیسی (در صورت انگلیسی بودن منبع) و ترجیحاً در پایان جمله نوشته شود.
ب) منابع اشاره شده در متن مقاله باید از منابعی باشند که به صورت کتاب، مجله علمی، پایان نامه بوده و قابل دسترسی به وسیله خواننده باشند. از منابع غیرقابل دسترس و منابع غیرعلمی مانند درسنامه، جزوه استفاده نشود.
ه) فهرست منابع به ترتیب حروف الفبای فارسی و انگلیسی مرتب شود. برای منابعی که دارای نسخه (عنوان و چکیده انگلیسی) هستند باید از ترجمه و برای منابعی که دارای نسخه انگلیسی نیستند (مانند کتابهای فارسی) از فرمت رومن اسکریپت استفاده گردد.
در انتهای منابعی که فارسی هستند و به انگلیسی ترجمه شدهاند، حتماً از کروشه و به صورت [In Persian] اضافه شود.

ABSTRACT (10 Font Size, bold, all caps, left justified)- Abstract should be written between 200-250 words and with 10 font size, Times New Roman, justified, single line spacing. Abstract should be included: Introduction, Methods and Materials, Results, Conclusion and Keywords.
KEYWORDS: keyword 1; keyword2; keyword3; up to 6 (Said section should contain maximum 6 words that are written with 10 font size and separated with semi-colon)
EXTENDED ABSTRACT
Extended abstracts must contain all relevant aspects and information of a regular research in a form that is shorter than the full text. In addition, you should use references in the extended abstract up to 8. Subtitles of the extended abstract should be composed of introduction, Methods and Materials, results, discussion (selective) and conclusion. It shall be written in English with Times New Roman font, single line spacing and 11 font size and can contain figures (up to 2), tables (up to 2), or images (up to 2). Page margins are 1 inch on all sides, in A4 paper size and should not exceed 4 pages (including all figures, tables) or from 2000 to 2500 words. It should follow the suggested template below.
INTRODUCTION (Title Times New Roman, 12 font size, bold). Current literature regarding the work subject should be examined and the differences of the said work from the past, similar works should be presented clearly in the introduction section.
METHODOLOGY The methodology must be clearly stated and described in sufficient detail or with sufficient references. The author shall explain the research question, describe the research framework, and the methods applied in detail. It should be furthermore highlighted why the research question is relevant to theory and practice, and why the chosen method(s) are suited for the problem.
RESULT Presentation of the result obtained. If possible, use descriptive figures or tables rather than explain in text. Do not discuss or interpret the results at this stage.
Figures and tables must be numbered. Figures and tables captions must be centered in 12 p.t with small caps. Captions with figure numbers must be placed after their associated figures. Captions with table numbers must be placed before their associated tables.
DISCUSSION (this part is selective) Discuss the results. Put your results in perspective by comparing to other studies or generally accepted knowledge in the field. Criticize your own method and results, for example, with respect to the simplifications made.
CONCLUSIONS Conclusion should include (1) the principles and generalizations inferred from the results, (2) any exceptions, problems or limitations of the work, (3) theoretical and/or practical implications of the work, and (5) conclusions drawn and recommendations.

Collate acknowledgements in this separate section at the end of the text, before the part of references. List here those individuals who provided help during the research (e.g., funding the project, providing language help, writing assistance or proof reading the article, etc.).
