The purpose of this study was estimating the effectiveness of educational package based on mind mapping multimedia software and its effect on information processing speed in 8th grade female students. The methodology of the research was semi-experimental, with pretest-posttest and control group. The population of the study was 8th grade female students of Kerman schools selected by multistage cluster sampling and divided randomly into two groups (20 students in experimental group and 20 students in control group). In pre-test and post-test, all subjects were evaluated by fourth edition Wechsler test (sub-test of coding and sub-test of symbolism). The experimental group received the educational program in 10 sessions. Data were analyzed using covariance analysis. The results showed that the effect of the educational package based on mind mapping multimedia software on the speed of information processing in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group. Based on the results of this research, we can conclude that the educational package based on the mind mapping software can be used in improving the cognitive functions such as student information processing speed.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of handball motor skills training on visual working memory capacity of students. This study was semi-experimental with pre/ post-test and control group. The sample of this study were girl students of primary school aged ten to thirteen years old in Tabriz city that were selected on the basis of accessibility and divided into two groups (12 students in the experimental group and 12 students in the control group). We used Goodenough intelligence test and Corsi Block visual/spatial working memory to collect the information. The experimental group received in 16 one-hour sessions the handball motor skills. The results of analysis of covariance showed that learning motor skills of handball and practising them increases the performance and capacity of working memory. In fact, this study can show the relationship and interaction between motor and cognitive processes, particularly working memory.

The main purpose of the present study was investigating the psychometric properties of the Teacher Efficacy for Moral Education Scale (TEMES). In this correlation study, 200 teachers (100 male, 100 female) completed the TEMES and the Short Character Strength Measure (SCSM). The confirmatory factor analysis method and internal consistency were used to compute the TEMES's factorial validity and reliability, respectively. Also, in order to examine the concurrent validity of the Teacher Efficacy for Moral Education Scale, we computed the correlation between different dimensions of TEMES and different character strengths. The results of confirmatory factor analysis, based on AMOS software, indicated that multidimensional structure of the TEMES that consist of teacher positivity and teacher instructional practices had acceptable fit with the data of Iranian teacher’s sample. The analyses of Correlation between different dimensions of TEMES and character strengths (wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, temperance and transcendence) provided initial evidence for the TEMES concurrent validity. The Internal consistencies for the scales measuring teacher positivity and teacher instructional practices were 0/80 and 0/81, respectively. In sum, these findings provide evidence for the validity and reliability of the TEMES as an instrument for measuring the Iranian teachers’ personal self-efficacy for fostering moral character in the classroom.

One of the important issues in all educational systems is assessing and evaluating learner's learning in order to ensure the learning and achievement of the desired goals. One of the effective strategies related to constructivism paradigm is the formative assessment. Given the specific conditions of virtual learning, it is necessary to rethink on the fundamental issues associated with formative assessment. Accordingly, the present study was conducted to identify the capabilities of formative assessment in virtual learning environments. The research method in this study was the qualitative content analysis (inductive type). 24 papers were analyzed and 22 specialists were interviewed. Finally, the basic issues related to formative assessment, including validity, reliability and cheat as well as its capabilities, including providing immediate and constructive feedback, engaging learners with essential learning processes, promoting educational justice, online self-assessment, peer-to-peer assessment, and group work was identified, discussed and reviewed.

In the present research, a simple and multiple relationship between the achievement goals and social support with commitment to the school was studied. The present research is descriptive-correlational. The female students (6719 people) of district 1 of Ahwaz comprised the statistical population of this study, from which, 363 students were selected in a multi-stage random manner. In order to collect the research data, the questionnaires of Sevari's achievement goals) 1392,( social support of Wax et al (1986) and commitment to the school (1394) were used. Data analysis was done through SPSS software and descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the research showed that there is a meaningful positive correlation between the goal of mastery, functional and social support, and commitment to the school. The results of regression analysis showed that among the predictor variables, only the goal of mastery and social support were able to predict and explain the variable of commitment to the school, and the functional purpose did not play any role in its explaining. The present study suggests that the variables of the goal of mastery and social support of students can be considered in order to predict the commitment to the school.

This research focuses on designing an educational system architecture which is based on compound affective feedback and then measuring its impact on users’ learning and satisfaction. The research method is quasi-experimental which uses pre and post-test with control group to measure the effectiveness of the system on the users learning and satisfaction. The study population covers all MA educational technology students in the city of Tehran for academic year 2017-18. For this, using a convenience sampling method, 20 students are selected from MA educational technology students at Allameh Tabataba’I University; then, they are divided into two groups as control and experiment (each of 10). In this research, learning test (with reliability of 0.83) and E-Game-Flow questionnaire are utilized. For data analysis, descriptive (Mean and Standard Deviation) and Inferential statistics (one-variable analysis of covariance) are used. The results show that utilizing compound affective feedback in educational systems, positively influences the users' learning and satisfaction.

Hidden curriculum is the next unpredictable learning experience, ignoring this aspect, neglecting the critical part of the factors that affect student learning. Therefore, the present research has tried to identify some of the important factors involved in creating the hidden curriculum of environmental education in Tehran's secondary schools by providing teachers with perceptions and provide suitable ground for improving the environmental education of students. The method of qualitative research is of phenomenological type. The participants of this study were Tehran Secondary Teachers who were selected on the basis of purposeful sampling of normal subjects, reaching 32 to reach the saturation stage. Within the framework of the topic, semi-structured interviews were used to collect information and the findings of teachers' perceptions and experiences were analyzed and analyzed using Corbin and Strauss's method. After implementing and analyzing the interviews, seven core codes and 34 initial codes were obtained and according to the observed frequencies, the cognitive dimension category with the sum of the most important coefficients and categories of outsourcing factors, social dimension, school bureaucracy dimension And the physical structure are in the next category, and the emotional dimensional category has the least significant coefficient from the angles of code abundance. Teachers believed that schools were not aware of the impact of these dimensions and that they were weak.

The main purpose of this study was to provide a causal model of perceived learning based on digital games among students of Secondary School in Shiraz in the academic year of 97-96 through path analysis. For this purpose, 600 students were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method and a combination of questionnaires included recognition of Kaciopo and Petit (1982), Vandal and others (2001), Peckrun and colleagues' excitement (2005), the intrinsic flow of learning by Jackson-Wicked (2008) the second edition, the immersion of Brown and Forer (2010) and perceived learning by Rewell (2009) was used as an instrument for collecting data. The results of the study in general showed that the need for cognition by mediating the goal orientation, intrinsic flow, immersion and emotions has an indirect effect on perceived learning. Also, goal orientation through the excitement and flow has an indirect effect on perceived learning, immersion, and the need for cognition through the mediating emotions, immersion and flow on emersion and emotion variable by mediating emotions has also an indirect effect on perceived learning and immersion. The results also showed that the determined degree of variance in perceived learning in the fitted validated model was 42%.
