In learning, many factors come into play, learning strategies is one of these factors. Therefore in order to develop the measurement model of the learning strategies of cognitive and metacognitive types, a correlation research using structural equation modeling was conducted. Via clustered sampling 368 participants of all the students studying in the first grade of high school in Hamedan were selected. They answered Karami’s Learning Strategy Questionnaire (2005). Based on the data, first the parameters of the model were estimated via maximum likelihood. Then the measurement model of cognitive and metacognitive learning strategies was tested by goodness of fit indices. The data were analyzed by using LISREL software. The results showed that all the items of the questionnaire had significant coefficient effect on the cognitive and metacognitive learning strategies and the measurement model of cognitive and metacognitive learning strategies enjoyed acceptable fitness. There was also a significant internal correlation between cognitive and metacognitive strategies. Therefore, it can be concluded that the researchers can use the questionnaire of learning strategies to measure cognitive and metacognitive strategies.

The main purpose of the present study is to investigate simple and multiple relationships of important events of motivational orientations with creative self-efficacy in students of third year of high schools of Romeshgan City during academic year 2014-2015. The present study is descriptive study in kind of correlation. Out of the population, 200 students were selected using multistage random sampling. For this purpose, in stage 1, out of 13 high schools for boys, 8 high schools were selected randomly and in next stage, 25 students were selected from each high school using simple random sampling. Total number of the population was equal to 1642 people. Applied instruments in this study include Creative Self - Efficacy Questionnaire (CSEQ), Advancement Goals Scale (AGOS) and motivational orientation scale. Also, data analysis is done using correlation coefficient and regression analysis. At the present study, reliability of the mentioned questionnaires has been estimated using Cronbach alpha. Obtained results indicate that there is significant relationship between skill-oriented goal, performance-oriented goal, internal motivation and external motivation with creative self-efficacy. Moreover, the results showed that skill-oriented goal, performance-oriented goal, internal and external motivation can be considered as important factors to determine creative self-efficacy. In addition, obtained results from regression analysis using simultaneous enter method showed that predictor variables can explain 0.87% of creative self-efficacy, which is significant in confidence level of p

Knowing math science is necessary for nowadays developed world, so by positive attitude to it, can provide the educational improvement. We can get positive attitude by the change of attitude toward the mathematics. The present study that is quasi-experimental of pre-test and post-test with control group, attempts to determine impacts of group counseling training by cognitive method on attitude changing toward mathematics and academic improvement. All of male students of grade two in guidance schools in Khorramshahr were statistical population of this research that 24 students were selected by multiple stage random sampling. Data was collected by the mathematical attitude questionnaire of Rahmati (1381) and researcher-made math educational improvement test. The data were analyzed by multi-variables covariance and unique variance. Result revealed that the group counseling by cognitive method is increasing the positive attitude toward the mathematics and academic improvement of experimental group in mathematics.

Because of importance of critical thinking attitudes in humanities, the research aimed at investigating the portion of curriculum approaches prediction on students' critical thinking attitudes in them. Research population in the descriptive-correlation study included all students' humanities in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran in during academic year of 2013-2014. 366 students were selected by using stratified sampling method via Morgan and Kerjcie's table and complete questionnaires. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistic and regression analysis. Findings showed that among of six curriculum approaches, approaches’ systems, managerial, behavioral and academic not able to predict the students' critical thinking attitudes (p>0.05). But other two approaches including humanities and reconceptualist approach can predict critical thinking Disposition (F(1,364)=14/54 , P=0/000). To consideration of humanities role and reconceptualist approach in developing of students' critical thinking attitudes, suggests that human science going into nontechnical approach thus happen changes in humanities curricula.

Achieving real goals of in-service teachers training is one of the major problems of the educational systems. In Iran, despite many efforts, both direct and indirect evidence about the effectiveness of in-service teachers training do not show an efficient and satisfying results. As expecting to reforms in this field by officials and experts is increasing. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate the teachers' experiences of motivational factors in the quality of in-service primary training. This is the qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. To achieve the research purpose, 20 primary school teachers in Ahar region were selected by purposive sampling method and studied. Research tools include observation, semi-structured interviews, open-answer written questions and review of the conducted investigations related to the topic of this research. The Findings from the teachers' experiences that are based on coded data and extracted themes show we can summarize the important motivational factors in quality of in-service training in four main themes: intrinsic motivation, teacher qualifications, subject characteristics and environmental incentives. Research findings shows the necessity of attention to various factors in the evaluation of in-service training that be considered as the main criteria of quality and efficiency by teachers. Accordance of programs with the teachers’ expectations and needs as the main audience of in-service programs will improve overall efficacy of these programs.

The goal of this study was to investigate the meditative role of self-efficacy and perfectionism dimensions in the relationship between attachment dimensions (Avoidance and Anxiety) and academic buoyancy. The sample group included 340 B.A students (189 female and 151 male) of Yazd University in the academic year 1393-94 that were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The participants fulfilled the attachment, perfectionism dimensions, self-efficacy, and academic buoyancy questionnaires. The evaluation of the proposed model was done by the use of path analysis and AMOS software. The results of the correlation matrix revealed that the dimensions of attachment have positive correlation with each other and have negative correlation with the academic buoyancy. Both dimensions of attachment had negative correlation with positive perfectionism and positive correlation with negative perfectionism. In addition, anxiety and avoidance had negative correlation with all three dimensions of self-efficacy. The dimensions of perfectionism had negative correlation with each other whereas the dimensions of self-efficacy had positive correlation with each other. Finally, both dimensions of attachment with the mediation of negative perfectionism, controversial self-efficacy, and emotional self-efficacy predicted buoyancy negatively. The findings were discussed based on previous researches and some suggestions were brought up for further studies in this field.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of positive self - talking on self - efficacy of elementary school students. The population in this study consisted of all elementary school students in the academic year 1393-1394 in the city of Piranshahr. This study is based on semi-experimental design with pre and post-test. First, two schools were selected randomly. From each school, one second grade classes randomly selected. The students selected through random sampling of one of the schools, as the experimental group (34 students) and other schools as a control group (36 students) were selected. Positive self - talking experimental group received ten sessions of education. Devise of measurement was General Self - Efficacy test that the pre - test and post - test was applied to both groups. To analyze the data, univariate covariance analysis and post hoc Bonferroni test were used. The results of Covariance analysis and Bonferroni test for comparison of means showed that positive self-talking has a significant effect on increasing the students Self - Efficacy (p
